1. Overview

At Glamourista Fashion Gallery, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of every product. However, due to the nature of fashion and wearable products, we maintain specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

3. Proof Required

To request an exchange or return, the customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to approve the claim.

4. Process for Exchange / Return

  1. Contact us through:

    • Messenger / WhatsApp / Phone / Instagram / Email

  2. Submit unboxing video + pictures.

  3. Once verified, we will confirm if the return/exchange is approved.

  4. Customer needs to send the product back to our provided return address.

  5. After receiving the product, exchange or adjustment will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item is completely unavailable for exchange

  • The product was prepaid and cannot be restocked or replaced

  • Wrong or defective product but no replacement is available

Refund is NOT available for:

  • Personal dislike after receiving the product

  • Color differences due to lighting or display screen

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless verified defective

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the customer’s chosen payment method within 5–10 working days.

6. Delivery & Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the customer requests an exchange for other reasons (e.g., size change), customer must bear shipping costs both ways.

7. Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Color may vary slightly due to:

  • Device screen brightness

  • Studio lighting

  • Camera effects

These are not considered valid reasons for return or refund.

8. Canceled or Unreceived Orders

If an order is confirmed but the customer refuses to accept delivery without valid reason, they may:

  • Be blocked from future orders

  • Be required to pay advance for future purchases

We take fake orders seriously.
